Project Manager - Security Engineering

Requirements:

• Demonstrated skills at building strong working relationships and influencing internal and external partners
• Outstanding interpersonal skills and effective communication abilities
• Ability to prioritize multiple projects and report project details to management
• Hyper-organized and capable of managing tasks efficiently
• Experience working in a fast-paced, evolving work environment
• Skilled at using project tracking software (e.g., JIRA)
• Analytical skills to derive insights and make data-driven decisions
• Comfortable working in a small, dynamic team
• Communication skills across technical and non-technical teams
• Experience in process improvement, systems development, and project management
• Knowledge of technology development best practices (such as Agile)

What You'll Be Doing:

• Maintain excellence of project governance with stakeholders, managing project planning and execution
• Partner with Information Security leadership and internal customers to identify requirements and opportunities
• Use data and metrics for decision-making and challenge conventional wisdom
• Work across cross-functional teams to deliver complex IT solutions
• Define features from concept through implementation, including business requirements gathering
• Prioritize trade-offs between customer experience, schedule, performance, and cost
• Communicate effectively with leadership and technical teams
• Act as a liaison between Information Security teams and internal customers
• Manage multiple priorities simultaneously and implement process improvements

Success Measures:

• Ramped up on Information Security Organization’s goals and project management in 3 months
• Assist with InfoSec project management and develop internal relationships in 6 months
• Identified and implemented process improvements within Security Organization in 12 months
