Requirements:
10-15 years experience managing complex, technical initiatives and engineering programs from initiation to completion
A degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Mathematics, Statistics, related fields or equivalent industry experience
Experience with MongoDB, databases, or comparable complex technology
Experience with technical design discussions and ability to summarize complex trade-offs and extract priorities
Demonstrated technical aptitude and strong analytical skills with proven results
Effective written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to adapt your style and delivery for a variety of audiences
Success Measures:
In 3 months you will have ramped up on MongoDB products and understand the Core Server Engineering team as a whole. You will also have established partnerships with relevant engineering and product executives.
In 6 months you will have settled deeply in the role, performed your first set of P&G reviews, and identified a vision for the team.
In 12 months you will have sorted out interplanetary travel and how MongoDB’s program management team made it all possible.
