Staff Fullstack Engineer, Ads

Requirements:

• 7+ years of overall software engineering experience.
• Proven ability to successfully lead and ship complex software projects.
• Experience in working on complex backend systems at scale.
• Experience in one of the following back-end technologies: Golang, Rust, or Java.
• Expertise in one of the following front-end technologies: Javascript, React, or Node.js.
• Ability to take initiative in a loosely structured environment to lead your team to success.
• An interest and ability to work in a distributed team.

• Design and deliver long term projects impacting multiple teams across Mozilla for the Mozilla Ads system.
• Ensure high-quality, measurable, and maintainable software delivery.
• Participate in developing industry-leading privacy-preserving ad technology.
• Mentor junior engineers by stewarding responsibilities.
• Collaborate with front-end teams across Mozilla to support existing systems.
• Provide feedback on the strategy and turn it into actions.
